Located on the west US coast, in beautiful Portland, Oregon, UGAL was started in late 2005 with the goal of providing small businesses with better tools to manage their online presence.

UGAL markets itself as the best alternative between the almost free ISP-provided hosting accounts that can't offer much value to your business and the much more expensive (often many thousands of dollars) custom designed websites.

	Mathilde Bohrmann Mathilde graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims, France and from the Fachhochschuhle in Reutlingen, Germany. Mathilde lead the creation of a number of high traffic websites, including surcouf.com. Before co-founding UGAL, Mathilde was VP Marketing and Research and Development at LaCie.
